You can get to
Kasilof two different ways: you can rent a car in Anchorage and take and take the
Spectacular 145 mile drive down the Kenai Peninsula or you can hop on the small commuter
air service from Anchorage to Kenai and rent a car there then drive to Kasilof. I
recommend the drive from Anchorage, it is loaded with spectacular scenery.
